Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Here is a Christmas Card that I designed for the Commemorative Air Force for 2015 showcasing every fighter, bomber, trainer and liaison aircraft in their fleet. They were blown away by the result!

The other great thing that happened this weekend besides the auction of the Comet for charity, was the debut of the trade show booth that I designed for Stewart Warner. I'm really happy with the results and Inspired Exhibits did a great job turn my vision into reality. The really neat thing is that my Granddad, Hershel Hill retired from SW after 20 years. My Dad worked there for a summer as a kid, which makes me the third generation of my family to be involved with SW. Pretty neat. The brick tower took me 4 days to paint the logo on both sides. I shot the gauge photography and Tim Sutton shot the cars (except for the Valiant photo not seen in this photo). Special thanks to partners in crime Josh Russell  for walking in me through a major project like this, and Kevin J. Tully for working with me for the past 3 years to land them as a client.

Happy Birthday Corsair

Here is a patch design that I created for the Commemorative Air Force Dixie Wing's Corsair. Who doesn't get excited by the sight of a Corsair screaming in above the palm trees?

Boyd Coddington '40 Ford

This is the '40 Ford retractable hardtop that I designed for the Hot Rod Magazine Boyd Coddington contest back in 1997. The winner would have the car built by Boyd, and would get a set of the wheels that they designed for the winning entry. I placed in the top 6 and the renderings were on display at SEMA. When I spoke to Chip Foose on the phone, he said they liked it but had just finished a '40 Ford for Micheal Anthony of Van Halen so didn't want to do another one so soon. Boyd got into Government trouble, so the winning car was never built. I was really into the Billet style in the early 90s, so it was fun to try to design a car for them. Little did I know almost 20 years later, I'd be designing cars for my own company! Lol.

WWII Victory Day

Artwork I designed for EAA for a proposed Victory Day event. Unfortunately the event never made it past the planning stages. I really like the finished art though. I wanted to have the museum's P-38 "Marge" flying right overhead of a jeep to convey the idea of a living history event. Look for this art to be taken over by Warbird Rescue for future use.

2015 and 1973 Dodge Challenger Giveaway Project for Napa

I was asked to design some matching Napa Dodge Challengers to be given away at Napa Expo in Las Vegas. I did about 25 versions before client landed on this Charcoal version.

Jefferson Swap Meet '55 Chevy
